Do not send passwords, private API keys, payment-card details, or full customer conversations. A clear description of the problem is a better starting point than sharing sensitive records.
Questions about plans or website setup
The pricing page explains Free setup and the proposed paid tiers. Paid checkout is not available. For a setup question, say whether you are preparing a Free workspace or already have eligible access; do not include your installation credentials.
For an Enterprise inquiry, describe the number of authorized websites, expected support needs, and team size. Website and teammate allowances would be individually negotiated.
Looking for help from a business using KivoHelp?
Contact that business through its own configured support email or enabled ticket option. The KivoHelp product contact address is not the business’s order, booking, or refund support address.

Privacy and account requests
Use the same contact email for KivoHelp account or privacy questions. Include enough information to identify the relevant workspace without sending passwords.
